Bespoke Training with the Institute of Group Analysis
The Institute of Group Analysis is pleased to offer bespoke training for organisations and staff teams working in the public, charitable, NGO and business sectors.
The IGA provides a thorough, rigorous and life enhancing range of opportunities for training and personal development
How it works
As a preliminary step you will be offered a meeting with the IGA Director of Training or National Training Manager to discuss your needs.
The IGA will then provide a fully costed training proposal designed specifically to your requirements.
What will the IGA provide?
The IGA will select a trainer with experience and understanding of your area of work.
The IGA will assess and approve the structure of any training plan and the content of all training materials.
The IGA will provide certificates of attendance for CPD.
The IGA will provide on-going supervision of all trainers who undertake extended work such as reflective practice or staff supervision.
How might my organisation benefit?
Much of our day- to- day work is spent, both formally and informally, trying to manage relationships in the work place.
IGA trained Group Analysts are experts in helping individuals and teams to understand the problems that arise in their daily work, in considering ways of identifying recurring issues and in finding a means to communicate more effectively.
A deeper understanding of group dynamics can help staff teams work with patients, clients, customers and each other much more effectively.
The Institute of Group Analysis has a broad base of members with experience of working in a whole range of clinical and non-clinical settings. Bespoke group analytic training can help you work more effectively in;
Staff meetings
Business meetings
