Notices of cancellation must be in writing and sent to the IGA administrator responsible for your course, Training-FC@groupanalysis-uk.co.uk (information should be available on course page) and copying in email@example.com If a delegate is unable to attend they may send a substitute delegate at no extra cost, subject to the substitute delegate meeting the training course requirements. Please contact the IGA administrator for your course according to the above instructions.
Please bear in mind the following information is applicable only to our London, Brighton and Glasgow courses; Manchester, Turvey, Oxford and York have their own policies which you will have to contact the administrators directly about.
Registration fees are non-refundable
Course fees are refundable subject to the following notice periods prior to the start of the course:
8 weeks or more 95% of the full course fees will be refunded
6 – 8 weeks 50% of the full course fees will be refunded 4 – 6 weeks 25% of the full course fees will be refunded 4 weeks or less No refund
Students who cancel their enrolment less than 8 weeks before the start of the course:
Remain liable to pay the relevant portion of the fee as per the percentage stated above. This is regardless of the payment method selected (ie student paying in full, in instalments or via invoicing).
Remain liable for the relevant portion of their course fees regardless of whether they attend all training days or complete the course.
Refund Policy for Workshops, Events and Short Training Courses Requests for refunds must be in writing and emailed to the IGA on firstname.lastname@example.org, copied to email@example.com. If a delegate is unable to attend they may send a substitute delegate at no extra cost but they must inform the IGA as instructed above of the name and email of the substitute candidate.
