About the Workshop
This is a co-produced, practice-based workshop designed to help participants build confidence in their own creative writing. No previous writing experience is needed.
Facilitators will offer a range of writing themes and prompts, with opportunities to write both individually and in small groups.
The session concludes with a large reflective group, beginning with a shared group writing exercise.

Martin Weegmann
Group Analyst, Psychologist, and Writer. Widely published, editor of Psychodynamics of Writing (Routledge, 2019), and founder of numerous therapeutic writing groups within the NHS.
Kate Kelsey
Book Conservator and writer, with lived experience as a former service user.
Nicola Newman
Artist and writer, with lived experience as a former service user.
