Date: 6th April - 7th April 2019
Venue: Anvil Resource Centre, Salamanca Street, Glasgow G31 5ES
Group Analysis is a powerful therapeutic medium that focuses on the relationship between the individual and the group, emphasising the social nature of the human experience. The IGA is the UK's leading training organisation in groupwork, group psychotherapy and group analysis.
This weekend will be open to anyone who has an interest in facilitating groups (for example work groups, reflective practice groups, staff groups) and those who are interested in the understanding of themselves in a group. This will be staffed by Group Analysts who are members of the IGA.
The weekend will offer both an experience of being in a group and some of the basic theoretical underpinnings of this.
