We are seeking experienced Group Analysts to be involved in the process of selection of future group analysts for IGA Qualifying Courses nationally. 

Taking part in an Admissions Interview Panel is a highly valued and significant role. 

We are actively seeking to address issues of Power, Position and Privilege in the composition of admissions panels and at all stages of the selection process and would particularly encourage applications from IGA members from underrepresented groups.

The role requires you to:

  • Have an in depth understanding of the qualities necessary to train as a group analyst.
  • Be available to attend one or two half day panels in March and/or April in London, Manchester or York
  • Follow the IGA Admissions Interview Panel Guidelines and specified criteria
  • Work alongside experienced group analysts reporting to the Chair of the Panels, who provide reports, in liaison with panel members, for the consideration of the annual Admissions Board.

£40 per applicant interviewed
